Billing Changes

This December only, auto-payments for your January premium will be moved from Dec. 18-25, 2020 to Dec. 30, 2020.

With changes to income and plan selection, members can experience a change in Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC), which impacts health insurance premiums.  Your health CO-OP is capturing as many of these changes as possible to ensure your billing is accurate. Please remember to review your APTC and verify any changes in income on the Marketplace. When you receive your January invoice, please review it carefully, particularly APTC amounts. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the CO-OP’s Member Services team at 855-447-2900.
