Premier Partnership & Travel Benefit

We've partnered with nationally recognized providers and clinics to offer you access to world-class specialists. The CO-OP offers members a travel benefit for certain care to offset costs when accessing this quality care.

Quality Coverage

Healthy employees make happy employees. We proudly cover 100% of preventive check-ups & screenings. We also cover a yearly vision exam for all CO-OP members.

We're Network Happy

100% of Montana's hospitals are in the CO-OP network. Not only that, our plans give you access to a robust out-of-state network as well.

Connected Care Coverage

Our most broad and comprehensive  plans.

Emphasizing preventive healthcare and accepted statewide. 

CO-OP Plus Coverage

$5 and $10 co-pays (based on plan) for all

primary care provided at a community health center

Emphasizing preventive healthcare and accepted statewide. 

Choose a Connected Care plan if having the lowest monthly premium is most important to you.

Access Care Coverage (large group only)

Featuring a wide range of in-network providers.

Standard PPO (preferred provider organization) plans.

Choose an Access Care plan if having the widest choice of providers is most important to you.
